We Can and Should Do Better… All Americans deserve the effort….

Tears of gun violence have become a familiar refrain throughout the United States of America
Tears of gun violence have become a familiar refrain throughout the United States of America
We Can and Should Do Better… All Americans deserve the effort….

The time has arrived when Americans must realize that we face a new norm economically and employment growth stagnation. We (Americans) have gotten lazy. With the exception of the nearly constant media circus related to cell phones and other electronic devices. Sadly, most if not all the production of those technologies are manufactured in China, Taiwan, Japan or other Asian countries.

Americans have spoken for a second time and chosen the best man for the job of saving Americas bacon for the next 4 years as it relates to job growth and business creation that without fail tends to drive the “mood” or “happiness” feelings of Americans around the globe.

There have been tragic moments of violence in many unsuspecting locations throughout the United States. As a reflex action and in my opinion the least complicated action to be taken gun control was made a priority by our elected few. The time has arrived when “we” Americans must once again get the creative juices flowing yet again and discover a solution not to gun control entirely, but more specifically the reason that violent people need or have the opinion that they need to use a gun to get their issues into the mainstream press.

The United States of America became the incredible country it is now due to forward thinking problem and challenge solvers that were able to take adversity and create viable and inspirational industries that exist today and employee thousands of Americans. I am not blowing smoke, but rather envisioning the United States of America taking another step forward to prosperity for all whom are willing to put in the effort to live dignified existence.

Solutions can be thought of from a wide variety of people. Often times those that are closest to the problem are often blinded by the bright light that often glows from the complicated problems and issues. The solutions have not been easily discovered and formulated. The challenge that remains are for those that can and currently do control the minds and agenda of out nation take the time to contact me to in fact discover the future of our country the Great United States of America.

There is a solution to gun violence, underemployment, unemployment, teen deaths, gang violence, gang growth, mass shootings, gun control, hold ups, school violence, low graduation rates, and other difficulties that inhibit the happiness of Americans. Send an email to: patrickfox016@gmail.com to become a part of the solution rather than a member of the bucket brigade attempting to put out the gun violence by limiting the use of an innate object rather that the spark of that ignites the violence.

The New Norm demands New Entreprenuers… NOW

The New Norm demands New Entreprenuers… NOW

It is time to wake up and smell the roses everyone. The recovery is here and sadly this is a jobless or mostly jobless recovery. I know that reality rather sucks, but sometimes as much as we hate to acknowledge reality it is time to man up and dip a toe in the real world.

The United States of America is the most powerful, influential country in the world for one reason and one reason alone. We were the best and creating solutions to the needs and wants of the population over the last 150 years. The challenge we face now is that “WE MUST” essentially forget about our trophies, accolades and other awards and get entreprenueral hungry once again like we did coming out of the 1800’s.

We have lost two incredible innovators Walter E. Disney and Steven Jobs. They have had detractors and copycats, but they were the best at transforming the world into a better place.

Help me get the word out and make the United States stonger for everyone within its boundaries not just the 10%.

FIND YOUR PASSION AND COMMIT TO IT LIKE IT IS YOUR OXYGEN

FIND YOUR PASSION AND COMMIT TO IT LIKE IT IS YOUR OXYGEN.

The passion to breath is something every American feels on a daily basis. The ability to find your passion for existence is sometimes very complicated. Personally, I have grown tired, exasperated, frustrated and damn angry with the ongoing headlines related to gun violence, violence, unemployment, and sadly the unemployed.

In March of 2008 my life changed when I suffered a catastrophic heart attack named “The Widow Maker Heart Attack”. God knows that it has to be bad when it actually has a name. 90% of those that experience the Widow Maker die. Proudly, I am happy to say I am a fraternal member of the “Widow Maker Heart Attack Survivor”.

I believe that I survived flat lining 6 times for a powerful reason. I have put together a comprehensive plan that would create a business that would:

1. Reduce the reason for gun violence
2. Reduce the reason for violence
3. Reduce unemployment
4. Reduce underemployment
5. Reduce military unemployment
6. Reduce home foreclosures
7. Reduce bankruptcies
8. Increase taxes paid to local and state
9. Increase home purchases
10. Increase number of people obtaining living wage dignity
11. Increase number of people actively pursuing post high school education
12. and much more…..

US Companies currently manufacturing other than America partial solution to gun violence

Ok people it is time to wake and smell the roses. It’s time to stop picking on the companies that have chosen to manufacture their products in some other country versus right here in the USA. Don’t entirely blame the companies; it is “us” the consumer and their stock holders that demand they make the substantial profit the companies are making combined with selling their products at incredibly low prices. If anyone would like to pay an additional 20%-30% more for nearly all products they purchase please step forward.

The time has arrived to make friends with these companies that currently have been wise and manufactured their products in other countries. A discussion to provide them with financially intelligent choices based on optimum profits and stock holder happiness can and will provide a compelling reason for bringing them their manufacturing and assembly operations back to the USA.

U.S. Insurers CAN NOT stop gun violence…. but they can become part of the solution

“Liability insurance might be touted as a magic bullet to reduce gun deaths, but it’s unlikely to make a big difference.” I agree with Nin-Hai Tseng, Writer for Fortune Magazine. I would argue and welcome the US insurers to be part of the solution pie that I have envisioned as they would in fact add a critical national exposure and voice to the vast and wide ranging plan I have worked for the last 35 years to develop.

The solution to gun violence and for that matter is not building new jails, employing more police officers, or graduating more lawyers. The solution is complicated, far reaching, life changing, community changing and in the end a means by which the lower class will elevate, and the middle class will grow bigger, stronger and once again live with a respectful level of dignity.

Brilliant Idea President Obama – Northern Illinois NEEDS a Manufacturing Institute

PLEASE MR. PRESIDENT – ROCKFORD ILLINOIS IS STRUGGLING BEYOND ANYONES WORST NIGHTMARE 30 YEARS AGO. We NEED AND WANT ONE OF THE THREE MANUFACTURING INNOVATION INSTITUTES your spoke mentioned during your SOTU.

The time has arrived when all the poor and downtrodden cities throughout the US of A to line up and try to convince our President just how bad, lousy, lowly, sad, blighted, uneducated, unemployed their city exists on a day to day basis.

Regardless of your criterion for being selected as a Manufacturing Innovation Institute we meet and or exceed all your possible criterion. In fact if you need a few more criterion that deliniates a downtrodden city Rockford could be a great resource.

Rockford Illinois is ALL IN Mr. President…. time to deal us in.

President Obama & Mark Rubio are Correct

As a high school teacher for the last 14 years in Rockford, Illinois I have come to realize that dreams of success that my students entertain do not depend on the their skin color, their gender, or their sexual orientation.

The school I teach is located in a city that in the last census stated that only 20% had a post high school education, and currently 85% of my students receive free or reduced lunches. Do they have a chance to be the next Bill Gates, Steve Jobs or Dr. Percy Juilian? I would say the deck is stacked sky high against them.

Here is what I learned last night during President Obama’s State of the Union Address.

1. He feels business will be the economic savior of our union.
2. He has great expectations of young people in the United States.
3. He has become buddies with Tim Cook CEO of Apple.
4. Obama and Cook have negotiated Apple to start manufacturing some of its incredible products in the United States in 2013.
5. Obama has created an Manufacturing/Education facility in Ohio
6. Obama wants to create 3 more in the most heavily impacted cities in the United States.
7. Obama would like bigger business to make it less difficult for business to surivive and flourish.

Rubio essentially agrees with everything except #7. He wants smaller government and less regulations that will make it less difficult for business to succeed due to less paperwork.

Bottom line. Lets get over the political obstacles and get on to finding a middle ground. We need to spend less but also need to grow more. Neither party has said that “no” money can be spent. Regardless of one’s political opinion I don’t think anyone honestly feels that our country has a chance of success with out a combination of cuts and spending.

Lower Class or Middle Class should NOT Equal Poverty Existance & Crime

In the city of Rockford, IL., during the last census I discovered with great disapointment but not surprised that only 20% of the adult populuation of 160,000 had a post high school education. Sadly that calculated number is a miserale 32,000 people probably live a day to day existance above economic poverty level.

Currently at the high school I teach the “free or reduced” lunch rate (those that are considered poverty) is 85% which closely equates to the post high school education census rate for the population of Rockford, Illinois. While this may not be a scientific connection, it appears as though there is a strong connection.

Murders, Parking Lot Muggings, Home Break-ins, Burglaries, Purse Snatching and other violent and non violent crimes are on the increase in alarming proportions. I would argue that Rockford, Illinois is not unlike many cities in the United States.

I am asking The President of the United States to use his full Presidential influence and power to propose and champion a legislative initiative. This bill is entitled Jobs and Education for Americas’ Youth that would begin to provide a comprehensive solution for the raging fire that would act as not only a solution to reduce gun violence and other violence in our American cities, but provide to several generations with a renewed dignity of life that many Americans have long searched.

The Jobs and Education for Americas’ Youth legislative bill does and will provide a palatable framework for a public – private partnership that will inspire and motivate via financial incentives the return of manufacturing jobs to the USA.

Jobs, Unemployment, Gun Violence, Dead Young People, School Violence

Attention CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fox, Huffington Post, Google and other Professional Media:

We as Americans are getting extremly tired of poverty, unemployment, gun violence, children going to their grave at a very young age. Why is it that major media is focused on the “doom and gloom”, “death and disstruction” headlines versus embracing those individuals that are innovative, problem solvers, doers versus talkers regarding the “real” solutions to gun violence versus limiting our 2nd amendment rights?

Like most Americans I cried real tears when I heard of the Sandy Hook shooting. Similar emotions appeared when the theatre shootings were broadcaste on all the national media. I understand the need to talk about gun control, but lets spend greater efforts disecting the cause of gun violence.

I am proposing a innovative, creative new legislation entitiled The Jobs and Education for Americas’ Youth legislative bill does and will provide a palatable framework for a public – private partnership that will inspire and motivate via financial incentives the return of manufacturing jobs to the USA. This bill will save lives, dreams, and tears from being shed.

My proposed legislation will provide 1,000,000 living wage jobs, 1,000,000 post high school educations, 1,000,000 families with a renewed feeling of dignity, and thus a lack of need for gun violence.

Dear Mr. President & Tim Cook “I call both of you out”

Let me start by congratulating you on your second term as President of the United States.

As a high school teacher at Jefferson High School in Rockford, Illinois I teach business, entrepreneurship, accounting, and on a daily basis “life” to a student population that reflects 85% free and/or reduced lunches with only 20% of the city population having a post high school education.

Rockford, Illinois is a very proud but suffering city in nortern Illinois. Historically, Rockford has made its economic mistakes much like most U.S. cities. That being said, let me say that the population that makes up Rockford, Illinois has historically be a very proud population. Sadly, the economic base in this once proud city has melted much like the last snow fall of the winter season.

During your State of Union message tonight please be aware that while you have accomplished a great deal in your first term, there are a great deal more that you need and must accomplish. It’s my understanding that your beautiful wife will be seated next to Mr. Tim Cook the CEO of Apple. As the leader of the free world it is a good thing to connect your influence with the leader and poster child for the Free Enterprise System.

While I admire both of you a great deal, it is also very alarming Tim Cooks recent interview with 60 Minutes regarding Apples opinion of US workers. While I may not agree with his entire representation, some however is painfully true. That being said, “We” as proud Americans “CAN NOT” accept that U.S. employees are second rate or unwilling to be productive in the world economic marketplace.

As a closet fan of old westerns I am forced at this time to “Call both you Mr. President and Tim Cook out” in regards to jobs, education, living wage jobs, and dignity for those that are proud and willing, but lack struggle in todays college workforce. I have a legislative bill named and Education for Americas’ Youth that will provide jobs, jobs, jobs, and education, education, education for 1,000,000 proud Americans.
